    Helpful information before your haircut appointment, from choosing the right service to maintaining your style between visits.

    • If you’re unsure about what to book, just book a style cut. During the appointment, we’ll discuss your hair length and shape, what you’re after, and how you normally wear your hair, then adjust the service if needed.

    • A style cut maintains or lightly refreshes your current shape and typically takes less time. A restyle cut is for a more transformative change, such as removing significant length, changing your silhouette or structure, or moving to a completely new style. For this reason, allow a little extra time for restyle cuts.

    • If you want to keep your hair healthy and reduce the risk of split ends, regular trims are essential. Most clients return every 6–8 weeks, depending on length and style. Shorter cuts require more frequent maintenance, while longer, layered styles can last longer between appointments, so you can get away with waiting until around 8–12 weeks.

    • Yes. Every appointment begins with a consultation in which we consider your face shape, hair density and texture, and daily routine. The goal is a cut that works naturally with your hair and is easy to manage and style at home.

    • You can arrive with your hair as it normally is. Avoid heavy styling products where possible, and feel free to bring reference photos so we can clearly understand the look you’re after.

    • Yes, we certainly do. Every haircut is designed as a complete experience, which is why all of our cuts include a professional blow-dry and/or styling.
