Below you’ll find our booking, cancellation, and salon policies. These guidelines help us maintain a calm, respectful environment while ensuring every appointment receives the time, care, and attention it deserves.

Street parking is available, with limited parking within the complex.

To ensure a calm and seamless start to your appointment, please allow a little extra time to find a park and settle in. We want you to enjoy the full experience with your stylist from the moment you arrive.

If you have trouble locating us, simply call 0413 315 953 and we’ll guide you in.

Cancellations

To cancel or reschedule, please log into your Square account or contact us at 0413 315 953 (call or message).

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and card details must be entered to secure your appointment.

We kindly require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee, and deposits will be forfeited.

If you fail to attend your appointment, or arrive more than 15 minutes late, a 100% fee will apply.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded upon request.

We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may shift. This policy allows us to honour our time, maintain fairness, and ensure every guest receives the care and attention they deserve.

Adjustments / change of mind

At Jura Draco, we take pride in delivering quality work, using premium products, and maintaining highly trained specialists. Every service begins with a thorough consultation to ensure clarity, confidence, and alignment with your desired result.

If you are unhappy with the outcome, we are happy to make a technical adjustment at no additional cost, strictly within 7 days of your visit.

Please note that a change of mind is not considered an adjustment and will be charged accordingly. We do not offer refunds.

To maintain the integrity of your results, we recommend using salon‑grade shampoo and conditioner. If your hair is compromised or not cared for with professional products, we cannot guarantee longevity or performance.

Running late

Running more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled to our next availability. In this case, a 100% fee for the services booked will apply before rescheduling.

If, at our discretion, we are able to accommodate you on the same day by shortening your service, the full price of the originally booked services will still be charged.

This ensures we respect the time of all guests booked throughout the day. We always strive to run on time for your reservation, and we genuinely appreciate you respecting our schedule in return.

Children in the salon

Our salon is a small, intimate, relaxing space, which means we are unable to accommodate additional guests during appointments. While we understand that life can be unpredictable, our environment is not suitable for children unless they are booked in for a service.

This allows us to maintain a calm, focused atmosphere and ensures you receive the highest level of care and attention from your stylist.

We’re always here to answer any questions about your appointment or our policies, and we’re more than happy to discuss any concerns you may have.

Animals in the salon

Our salon is a cozy, intimate space, and for the comfort and safety of all guests, we do not permit animals in the salon.

However please note that we have two standard poodles on‑site, who are trained emotional support dogs and an important part of our calm, supportive environment. They remain within the salon during operating hours.

If you prefer not to have the dogs present during your appointment, please let us know at least 7 days in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
